Gospel music lovers, rejoice! This Turkeyville musical production takes us to a fictional North Carolina church in the 1930s, when life is a struggle for the parishioners and getting worse all the time. A family of gospel singers visits the church, sharing their own hard-luck stories along with a message of faith and hope. This performance includes thirty gospel tunes, ranging from the well-known “Amazing Grace” and “I'll Fly Away” to lesser-known songs like “Filling Station.” This uplifting, true-to-life musical is a must-see for church groups, lovers of bluegrass and gospel music, friends and family, and everyone who enjoys a relaxing day out. Just before the performance we will enjoy a hearty turkey dinner with all the trimmings, and there will also be time to browse Turkeyville's gift shop for tasty treats and souvenirs.
