Reservations:
To make a reservation, send the form from the brochure along with payment for the one-day tours, or the deposit for the multiple day tours. This reserves your place. Approximately two weeks before your tour, you will receive information on the pick up points, itinerary, and other pertinent information. If you do not receive this information, please call.

Payment:
Payment for tours may be made with cash, check, money order or VISA, MasterCard or Discover.

Refunds:
Your deposit is fully refundable 30 days prior to the trip unless otherwise stated. After that date, we will refund as much as possible. The amount of the refund is based on non-refundable, prepaid items, no notification of cancellation, persons on the waiting list and other circumstances.

Departure Points:
Departure for each trip will vary, depending on the trip and the locations of passengers. Possible departure points are Mt. Pleasant, Clare, Cadillac, Traverse City, Midland, Bay City, Evart, Reed City, Harrison, Big Rapids, Alma, Ithaca, St. Johns and Lansing. A minimum number of passengers at a location may be required, but we will try to make the departure points as convenient as possible for everyone.

Luggage:
Price includes luggage handling for one bag on most multiple day tours. A smaller bag is also permitted and is the responsibility of the passenger. They may be stored below in the luggage bin, or in the luggage rack. A luggage tag for your large bag will be sent to you prior to the trip.

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited on the motorcoach.
